Context

As part of the 2020 Changemaker Series, I led the design research efforts of a small team working with local nonprofit Perinatal Support Washington (PS-WA) over the course of nearly five months. We applied a human-centered design process to help PS-WA explore their initial question: "How might we better better understand our two core audiences of providers and parents?"
